Colton has joined a karate class and he absolutely loves it! We enrolled him because he is very shy and doesn't have much self-confidence. I highly recommend anyone who is trying to teach your child to show respect and good character to others that you enroll them in a karate class.
Colton goes to an academy in Wellington at the Creative Kids Corner. His instructor, Fred Trostel is a certified 6th degree black belt and licensed instructor. I think his rates are extremely reasonable, $50 a month for three days a week.
Colton has learned to count in Japanese and many other words that coordinate with his class. We are very proud of him and realize that this class is only going to benefit him in the long run.

His brothers are very impressed that Colton can do knuckle push ups! Someday he will be able to lay them flat and they are going to be very surprised.
